Join Our Residential Comfort Club – Cool Heat KC performs two safety and efficiency check-up visits annually for our Residential Comfort Club members! We do a thorough safety inspection on all components, adjusting gas pressure, cleaning the condenser, check refrigerant levels and check and inspect the operation of all motors in the system. Regular maintenance tune-ups make your equipment last longer, run more efficiently, and prevent costly breakdowns and untimely component failures.

Rick and his team went above and beyond to help us out this summer. Our AC unfortunately died after 20 years and we decided to replace the AC and Furnace instead of repairing. Rick came out, listened to our needs and plans, recommended an AC/Furnace that met those and our budget and got us on the schedule. We were leaving for vacation in a couple days and Rick offered to do the replacement while we were away so we would have AC when we returned. I even got a call on vacation that they were going to be coming out a couple days earlier than originally scheduled to replace the AC/Furnace. When we got home, you couldn’t even tell they had been there! The new AC and furnace were fully installed, the old units removed, and the areas around the units and pathways through the home were cleaner than we left them. I would highly recommend Cool Heat KC, Rick, and his team for any of your HVAC needs. Best part, the price he quoted is the price we paid, he didn’t try to change order / increase the price at all. He’s honest, reliable, and professional.

Our next door neighbor recommended Rick when Mom’s old air conditioner was lagging badly at the beginning of this summer, 2021. He bucked it up with refrigerant. He explained the cost and that this reboot might last a year or 2 before it would be time for a new AC using the current refrigerant type. We also discovered we were buying the wrong filters-were too heavy duty for a house with no pet hair to filtered-replaced them and put us on his replacement schedule. Couldn’t have been happier with our neighbor’s recommendation – Rick is friendly, polite, good to talk to, explains everything and takes into account costs for his customers.
